A commercial building in Bozeman with freshly cleaned windows

Clear Choice Window Washing

Window washing in Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley

Residential, commercial and post-construction window cleaning across Southwest and Central Montana. Done right the first time by a Bozeman native.

A window part-way through cleaning, dirty on one side and clear on the other

Why it matters

Brand new windows should look brand new

Most window washers don’t take the time necessary to do a complete window detail. They leave behind silicone, concrete and paint overspray, and the grime keeps building in the channel, around the hinges and locks.

Clear Choice cleans every part of the window, we even remove the window and clean the channel for better functionality. Do it right the first time, and every visit after that is a routine job without heavy scrubbing.

Common questions

Questions we get asked

How much does window cleaning cost in Bozeman?

Clear Choice offers free bids. Price comes from a count of the actual glass. How many windows, how many stories, and how hard they are to reach, so we bid the specific property rather than quoting an average. Call 406-599-6379.

How often should I have my windows washed?

At least once a year. Annual washing prevents the build-up of hard water on exterior windows, cleans the dust haze formed on interior windows, prevents grime build-up in the channel and around hinges and locks, and helps the window operate smoother. Businesses open to the public usually want quarterly or monthly.

Do you clean the screens and window tracks, or just the glass?

Depends which package you pick. The Gallatin is glass only. The Madison covers everything in the window diagram. Sash, rails, channels, hinges and locks. The Jefferson adds screens, removed, washed and reinstalled square.

Do you do new construction clean-up?

Yes. Silicone, concrete, paint overspray and sticker removal, screens included. Most window washers don't take the time to do a complete window detail on new construction. Do it right the first time and every visit after that is a routine job without heavy scrubbing.

What areas do you serve?

Bozeman, Belgrade, Gallatin Gateway, Big Sky, Four Corners, Manhattan, Three Forks and Livingston, across Southwest and Central Montana generally. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask, we get around.

Are you insured?

Yes. Clear Choice Window Washing LLC is registered and insured in Montana.
