Choose a schedule
The more often we come, the less there is to scrub, which is what keeps the price down. Here’s how the four schedules compare.
Monthly
Good for high-traffic business open to the public.
- Fast, easy cleaning
- Best bang for your buck
- Glass never gets ahead of you
Quarterly
My recommended option for most business.
- Still fast, easy cleaning
- No scrubbing, which helps keep cost down
- Four visits a year
Biannual
Our most popular plan. Great for offices and shops.
- Twice a year, spring and fall
- Keeps ahead of the seasons
- Low commitment
Annual
We suggest washing at least once a year.
- Prevents hard water build-up outside
- Clears the dust haze inside
- Keeps channels and locks clean
Why once a year, minimum
What washing prevents
It isn’t only about how the glass looks from the sidewalk. Left alone, a window slowly stops working.
- Helps prevent the build-up of hard water on exterior windows
- Cleans the dust haze formed on interior windows
- Prevents grime build-up in the channel, around hinges and locks
- Helps the window operate smoother
How it works
How it works
Tanner comes out, counts the glass, and quotes the schedule that fits your building and your budget. After that it’s on the calendar. You don’t have to remember to call, and you get one invoice per visit.
Small business, few employees. You’ll see the same faces every time.
Just finished the build? Start with a post-construction detail, then put it on a schedule. We work in Bozeman, Big Sky, Belgrade and Livingston.
